How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after order processing. However, please note that deliveries may be delayed due to weekends or public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free replacements?
Yes! We offer free replacements for incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement.
What is the time limit for requesting a replacement?
Replacement requests must be made within 3 days after the product is delivered. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Do you offer replacements for a change of mind?
